Refund Policy
1. Eligibility
• Refund requests must be made within 30 days of the delivery date.
• Items must be unused and in new condition, unless the claim involves a manufacturing defect or an item shipped in error.
2. Proof Required
To keep the process fast and fair, please attach clear photos that either
– show the defect, or
– illustrate why the product does not meet your expectations.
Photos are mandatory for every refund request.
3. How to Request a Refund
Email contact@invincibleworkers.com with:
– Subject line: “Refund Request – Order #_____”
– Order number and the size/model purchased
– At least two photos (defect or explanatory)
– A brief description of the issue
Cancellation
In order to provide our customers with the best shopping experience, our systems are automated and therefore orders cannot be cancelled after they are placed. If a cancel option appears next to your order in your order history section then you may cancel your order.
