If the sizing error is on our end, we’ll send you a new pair at no additional cost—and you can keep the item you received. If the wrong size was chosen by you, we offer an exchange for a fixed shipping fee of $12; in this case, we also do not require a return.
To start the process, please email us at contact@invincibleworkers.com with your order number and the desired size. Our team will confirm availability, send a payment link if applicable, and once confirmed, ship the new pair from our distribution center along with a tracking code.
We accept exchanges as long as the original item is unused and in new condition. For defective or incorrect items, reshipping is always free. This policy is designed to ensure convenience and trust throughout your shopping experience.
